Where we ship
Northern Moti currently ships within Canada only. We are working on international shipping; if you are ordering from outside Canada, please email us before placing an order.
Rates
- Standard shipping — CA$20. Free on all orders over CA$150.
- Express shipping — CA$40.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. All prices on this store are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard: 3–6 business days within Canada, after processing.
- Express: 1–3 business days, after processing.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or due to weather and carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of arrival with photographs of the item and its packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
